Pressure Washing technician

Position type

Full time

Responsibilities

Low rise pressure washing, soft cleaning.
Able to use the app provided and record the time for all the jobs
Report any damage to team leads
Come to work on time, focus on detail, ensure quality work
Greeting to customers if they are around, put a smile
Before working, ensure safety kits are properly adjust

Qualifications

Canadian social insurance number is required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of class 7 driver license
Verbal and written communication in English
One year or more work experience in pressure washing or relevant job •Hardworking reliable, honesty and respectful
Dealing clients with respect in a professional level
Able to coming to work prepared and on time

Compensation

$18 – $22/hour + overtime + bonus + $500 probation bonus

Lead Pressure Washing technician

Position type:

Full time

Responsibilities

Report every problem during the work
Before leaving the job, do the tool check
Make sure the tools are safely towed away and set up
Low rise pressure washing and soft cleaning
Quality check before leaving, report any problems, missed area and mistakes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalents
Outgoing personality, willing to build connection with customer effectively
2 years’ experience in pressure washing or general labour
clean and professional appearance
comfortable using the technology and business software
able to give direction to technician when they are struggling
having a leader experience in any field, lead team and motivate others
fluently in verbal and written English
minimum of class 5 driver license
Coming to work on time and prepared
Record all the complaints and disqualify work at end of the job

Compensation

$25 – $30/hour + overtime + bonus + 500 probation bonus
